sold. Volunteers are still needed. The program schedule is now

national office to Mr. Heigl via regular and certified mail, informing him
of the charges and requesting that he reply by August 1 as to whether he

defense against them. A hearing will then be held by electronic means on
September 16 to determine what sanctions should be levied. |
