Hi, Kim,
I note from the calendar that the 2003 Annual Gathering is just around
the corner <g> so I wanted to get in touch regarding the content at
http://ag.us.mensa.org/.
It would seem to me that Greater Phoenix Mensa should ge given, one way
or another, plenty of time to wax eloquent about this year's AG.
And then, at some point, it's time to switch to Minnesota Mensa's
hosting of next year's AG.
Perhaps you already have policies and procedures in place for this, in
which case I'd like to know them as soon as convenient.
Or are suggestions welcome?
Right now, the official site (for us) is
http://www.mnmensa.org/ag2003/,
and this is what I've registered with the search engines (so far). (A
year from today it'll be our AG2003 scrapbook section ...)
We could duplicate all of these pages within
http://ag.us.mensa.org/,
but if that's not a policy requirement, I think I'd rather have that
default page link to our own website (for stylistic reasons and also
(mainly) for the ability to do instant updates as needed).
Perhaps in the near future, the page at
http://ag.us.mensa.org/ could
contain some simple text with two links -- one to Greater Phoenix
Mensa's own AG2002 wrap-up, and the other to our AG2003 site.
Please enlighten me with some preliminary information on how we are to
proceed on these issues, and then we can iron out any details.
Thanks.
Regards,
Al
