Thanks for your e-mail.

You were not singled out for a copy, btw.  You should have gotten my
original response showing that I'd cc'd everybody that DeDe had.  I did
a "Reply All" to DeDe's message, but she had typoed your e-mail address
in two different ways, so it took a couple of tries for me to get your
copy to you.

I just don't see the "uncertainty of this situation" -- on 8/10/02,
Acting LocSec Paul Jensen drafted a 6-point agreement, which he and I
both signed, making it a written contract. (It included more than one
person writing an apology to someone, which has been done.)

The first four items have been completed. I am waiting for #5 so that I
can complete #6.

I assume that you've seen a copy of the written agreement -- Item 5 is
that Jason is (re-)appointed AG webmaster and I am (re-)appointed MN
Mensa Webmaster. That is necessary because Jason destroyed all of our
original website pages (and can't put them back), and the original site
MUST be restored ASAP (which I *can* do), after which new pages and
features can be added, and the site redesigned as provided for in Item
#6.

I don't see any uncertainty. The Board should support and ratify the
written agreement that Paul drafted on its behalf. It's a written
contract. It facilitates fixing this website disaster quickly, instead
of letting things degenerate further.
