I note that it's more than 36 hours past the scheduled Board Meeting.

Although I was unable to attend, I am naturally anxious for someone to
fill me in with a synopsis of the Board's actions in acknowledging the
written agreement signed by Paul Jensen and me, and acting to get things
back to normal.

It would also be helpful for me to get an idea of the timetable for
restoring our real (competent) website to the Internet.
