Dear Mr. Heigl,
Thank you for your message. We received notice of a
pending arbitration
dispute concerning the mentioned domain name. The domain name is still
registered to you but you will be unable to manage it during the pending
dispute. Per the UDRP, registrars are required to lock names when the
receive notice of a pending legal dispute from a court or arbitration forum.
You should be receiving a copy of the Complaint, allowing you to respond,
within the next few days from WIPO (The World Intellectual Property
Organization, domain.disputes@wipo.int). The Complaint will be sent to
alheigl@millcityrecords.com, the contact information in the public record.
If you come to an agreement with the Complaining party, they can dismiss the
Complaint and the name will be unlocked. Otherwise, once we receive notice
of the Decision from WIPO, we will update the domain name accordingly.
Kind Regards,
Camille Ede

Question:
I am the Webmaster for Minnesota Mensa.
Recently the Executive Director of American Mensa Ltd.
wrote me asking that
I modify the Registrant Name field for our website, to bring it into
compliance with the common usage for local Mensa website.
When I went to do this today, the minnesotamensa.org
domain name was missing
from the list of my managed domains.
Appreciate your assistance so that I can respond to
the ED's request.
Thank you.
