I have been asked by the chair of the Hearings committee to notify each of you of the instructions to participate in the conference call meeting of the Hearings Committee at 1:30 Eastern time on Saturday September 16, 2006 .

Should either the advocate or the respondent (or members of the hearings committee) have potential witnesses to call, they should have the phone number to reach these individuals at hand. They will be called at the appropriate time.
