Eldon in your position as National Ombudsman, are you currently working
on a matter between Al Heigl and Minnesota Mensa?  Or is it completed as
far as you are concerned?  If you are still working on the matter do you
see it impacting the matter before the National Hearings Committee?  Or
do you see any reason the Hearings Committee should not proceed with
reaching a decision in the matter before us?
