attempt to resolve the MINNESOTAMENSA.ORG issue. I understand from your
email to Pam Donahoo that you are willing to transfer the domain name to
American Mensa. I will reproduce the registration information for
AmericanMensa.org below. You can use the same information when you
change the contact information for MinnesotaMensa.org.

Please confirm by email that you still intend to transfer the
domain name. When I have your assurance, I will contact WIPO and ask
them to direct Wild West Domains to unlock the domain name for the
limited purpose of allowing you to transfer the domain name. When I
have word that they have unlocked the domain name, I will send you an
email. Please change the contact information to the information below
and send me another email confirming that you have done so. I will then
initiate a transfer request from Network Solutions to transfer the name
to Network Solutions. Once this is complete I will then request WIPO to
dismiss the UDRP complaint.

Please send confirmation that this plan works for you. Again,
thank you for your assistance. My apologies for the cryptic email
containing the digital service copy of the UDRP complaint. I believe
the black boxes were caused by Active-X components not being read by
your mail client. Regardless, it is a lesson well learned. We also
mailed a hard copy of the complaint to your PO Box. Just out of
curiosity, did this package ever arrive?
