Jason:
1. In a letter dated December 27, 2004, Pam
Donahoo of American Mensa,
Ltd., requested that I transfer the domain name minnesotamensa.org to
Minnesota Mensa, instead of having it registered solely in my own name.
2. On Sunday, February 13, 2005, at 23:30:48 UTC,
as a current Whois
clearly shows, I did so. (It's hardly surprising that my name would
appear with the new registration, as you know (or should know) that I am
Minnesota Mensa's Webmaster.)
3. Having completed this task, I have since
returned to dealing with
the underlying significant issues of which the domain name concern was
just a minor symptom.

Webmaster,
Minnesota Mensa
