This is to notify you that an administrative
proceeding has been
commenced against the Respondent (named in the attached Complaint)
pursuant to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.
Please find attached (1) the Notification of Complaint
and Commencement
of Administrative Proceeding and (2) the Amended Complaint (without
attachments). The Complaint is filed against <Alan Heigl and Minnesota
Mensa> and concerns the domain name <minnesotamensa.org>. Hard copies of
the aforementioned documents are also being sent by courier with
attachments on Tuesday, March 8, 2005.
