          This is to inform you that neither Mill City Records nor you are—or have ever been—an agent of
American Mensa, Ltd. (AML) or the Minnesota chapter of AML (Minnesota Mensa) for the purpose of registering
"MENSA "-based domain names in your name.  Any such domain names, including but not limited to
minnesotamensa.org, must be transferred to Minnesota Mensa at once.  In order to resolve this matter quickly, AML
is willing to reimburse you for your past registration fees for such names.

          We look forward to hearing from you regarding transferring the domain name( s), and we continue to ask
for your cooperation as previously outlined in AML's letter of November 8, 2002, and its counsel's letter of June 4,
2004.
